Overview

IteroZen is a product by FirstEnvision. We built this tool for ourselves and teams like ours — and we treat data the way we'd want our own data treated. No selling. No tracking for ads. No nonsense.

What we collect

• Account information: name, email address, and password (hashed).
• Usage data: actions taken within the app to improve the product.
• Project data: tasks, notes, files, and automations you create.
• Authentication tokens: session data stored securely in cookies.
• Log data: IP address, browser type, and error logs for debugging.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not use your project data for advertising or profiling.
• We do not share your information with anyone except as described below.

How we use your data

We use collected data solely to operate and improve IteroZen:

• To authenticate you and maintain your session.
• To store and serve your projects, tasks, and files.
• To run automations you configure.
• To send transactional emails (e.g. password reset, automation reports).
• To identify and fix bugs and performance issues.

Third-party services

We use a minimal set of third-party infrastructure providers:

• AWS S3 — file attachment storage.
• Google OAuth — optional sign-in (only if you choose it).

Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Backups may retain anonymised traces for up to 90 days.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Reach out to hello@iterozen.com and we'll handle it promptly.
