By accessing or using IteroZen ("the Service"), operated by FirstEnvision, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

Use of the service

You may use IteroZen only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to build a competing product.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.

Your data

You retain full ownership of all content you create within IteroZen. By using the Service, you grant FirstEnvision a limited licence to store and process your data solely to deliver the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@iterozen.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Availability

We aim to keep IteroZen running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend access in cases of abuse or security concerns. We are not liable for any losses arising from downtime.

Intellectual property

All product code, design, and branding of IteroZen are the property of FirstEnvision. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any part of the Service itself.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FirstEnvision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, FirstEnvision, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
